Krabi people, puppies, mangroves, and catfish

I have been taking it easy in Krabi. I've done some touristy things, but mostly I've been meeting the locals and the local tourists. In "Krabi Town" itself there are not too many tourists (unlike Ao Nang), and it seems to lend itself to smiling and chatting with people.

A semi-touristy thing I did was to take motorbikes with some friends and see a giant catfish farm and a mangrove nature reserve. The landscape and weather are striking in Krabi, so just going for the motorbike ride was fun. The catfish were ugly.
