Some rules of travel. "If you think you might..."

Bangalore.

I wrote down the following rules of travel in my personal journal on August 14 when I was in Leh, Ladakh in the Himalayas.

They sound self-evident, but it's when I forget them that it's the most important time to remember them.

Here they are:

  • If you think you might be hungry, then you're hungry.
  • If you think you might be thirsty, then you're thirsty.
  • If you think you might need to go the bathroom, then you need to go to the bathroom.
  • If you think you might be tired, then you're tired.
  • If you think you might be sick, then you're sick.
  • If you think you might be stressed, then you're stressed.
  • If you think you might be bored, then you're bored.
  • If you think you might be content, then you're content.

They are also applicable in life as a salaried worker. In the circumstances of travel with its constant change they are definitely applicable.
